LEASE NOTE THAT WHEN DELIVERY TIMESCALES ARE QUOTED BELOW, THE DAY OF SHIPMENT IS NOT COUNTED AS PART OF THOSE TIMEFRAMES. FOR EXAMPLE IF 1-2 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY IS QUOTED AND THE ITEM IS SHIPPED ON A MONDAY THEN TUESDAY WOULD BE THE FIRST DAY AND WEDNESDAY WOULD BE THE SECOND DAY. If you are receiving a FedEx delivery and it fails due to no one being in to receive the package then please be advised FedEx generally do not re attempt the following day, they will need to be contacted to arrange delivery on a more suitable day. You can contact FedEx directly to arrange this or through us if you prefer.

Shipping details

Express/Courier delivery is only available to Mainland UK with the following postcode exceptions:

AB31-AB38, AB41-42, AB43-AB45, AB51-AB56, BT, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IM99, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV41-IV56, KW1-KW17, KA27-KA28, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH1, PH5-10, PH15-PH44, PO30-PO41, TR21-TR25, ZE1-ZE3.

These postcode areas will qualify for standard courier and/or postal delivery only.

Hockey sticks can only be delivered to areas available to our Express Couriers so cannot be delivered to the above listed postcodes.

During the checkout stage you will be notified which delivery options are available to you based on your shopping cart as well as the cost involved.

All delivery charges are a flat rate for your order as a whole, there will only be one delivery made and one price to pay for each individual order made.

Delivery Terms

All deliveries are made Monday-Friday with the exception of Royal Mail deliveries which will be delivered as per the postal times in your area.

All deliveries are all day timeslots.

Outside the UK we only deliver to France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Belguim, Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Spain & the USA.  We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or to PO Box/ BPFO addresses

As with any shipment, a delay or loss of goods is possible. In such a case, the carrier shall start an investigation. Every effort is made, for as long as necessary, to find the package. If the package is not found, the carrier will reimburse MDE Sports UK LTD, who will deliver a new, identical package to the customer free of charge.

We shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery times due to the carrier, including for the loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.

Any goods that are left at the customers (Or another) property at the customers instruction to either MDE Sports UK LTD or one of our couriers will be left at the customers own risk and will not be refunded or replaced in the event of theft, loss or damage.

All special delivery instructions are advisory and will not be considered if they contradict the delivery terms (IE: "Leave in porch" when a signature is required for delivery).  Special instructions that are followed are at the customers instruction, if instructions are followed orders will not be refunded or replaced in the event of theft, loss or damage.
