Returns Form

Non faulty/damaged items sent to the UK or the EU can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item.  This does not include items that have had custom work done to them at the customers request such as blade or chassis attachment, conversions etc as they are non returnable.  All returns postage is the buyers responsibility and the item must be safely returned to us in an unused resealable condition in original packaging.  Refunds will only be completed once an item returns safely to us, any damages to the item will impact your refund.

If an item arrives to you damaged or faulty please contact us and we will arranged a free collection for a refund or a collection and replacement.

If you need to exchange an item for reasons such as incorrect sizing etc please contact us.   Any product exchanges (For reasons of incorrect sizing etc) meeting return requirements & after being agreed by MDE Sports UK LTD would need to be returned in it's original packaging, in an unused and re sellable condition and in safe packaging for return transportation to our head office address. All returns postage is the buyers responsibility.  All return exchanges will then be sent back to the buyer and will be done so in the most economic method possible for MDE Sports UK LTD and may not be the same method used to originally ship to the customer.

If you prefer you can buy a collection and/or replacement service from us that is insured, an express service and covers all costs to go through Customs you can do so by selecting the below options and following the instructions provided.

If you are returning an item to us please print off the below form by clicking on it to bring up the enlarged image and then right clicking and selecting print.  If you are using Firefox as your browser then left click on the form to enlarge, right click and select "Save Image As".  From there you can save a copy to your desktop and then print from there. Please follow the instructions on the form.  This allows us to identify that the returning item is from you.
